Quiet room with exceptionally comfortable bed. A wide range of supplies in the room: climate control, TV set, and a fridge. Marvellous location close to Susukino shopping area and easy access to a shopping street and a market. Again, walking distance to Kamokamogawa River.

Every time we stay in Sapporo, like to stay here. The staff are amicable and excellent, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good! It has particularly good location for visiting Ramen alley dining.

Location: the hotel was just next door to susukino which is good near to train station, convenience stores, and restaurants and susukino, odori park and tanikuji street and airport. We went to Yinzu, located next to the property, to have some dinner.

We got an upgrade to a bright and extremely spacious room with television, a refrigerator, and a writing table. The location was marvellous and perfect, for example, a fresh food market was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The breakfast options could use some improvement. Several guests mentioned that the bread and cake were dry and the variety could be better.

During my stay at Hotel Nets, I was pleasantly surprised by the prime location in the heart of Sapporo's vibrant Susukino district. The room itself was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the small fridge in the room and the YouTube app on the TV.

This hotel is situated in a lovely area with plenty of attractions to visit. There are a bunch of good restaurants and bars nearby that offer delicious food and drinks. The rooms are quite comfortable, with a great view from some of them. The bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The service is excellent, with staff members always happy to help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious and there are many options available to suit different tastes. The leisure facilities are also a nice touch, with a pool and gym available for use.

It's a bit disappointing that the walls are not sound-proofed, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.
